Thank you for choosing WaiterX, a platform designed to enhance your dining experience by enabling pre-ordering from restaurants.

No Refund for Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed through the WaiterX app, no refund will be provided if the customer chooses to cancel the order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Delay in arrival
  • Unexpected travel plans
  • Mistake in ordering

We encourage users to double-check their order details, selected restaurant, and estimated arrival time before proceeding with the payment.

Refunds Applicable in Specific Situations

Refunds will be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • If the selected restaurant is closed or unable to fulfill the order
  • If menu items are no longer available and the restaurant cannot offer a replacement
  • In case of duplicate payments or incorrect charges due to system issues

In all such approved cases, refunds will be credited directly to the transaction bank account without any commission or deduction. The amount can be used for future orders via the WaiterX app.

Dispute Resolution and Support

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or have experienced an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the incident. Provide the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Restaurant name
  • Issue description
  • Any supporting screenshots or communication
